PROJECT VIJAY filed the complaint Ministry of HRD for the investigation on following matter's
1. Establishment of Amity University
2. Land Issue of Amity University, Lucknow Campus
3. Misusing of UGC’s Monogram
4. Misusing of UGC 's name in advertisements
5. Unconstitutional Distance Education Programmes conducted by Amity University Uttar Pradesh

Exams chal rahen hain bhaisaab aur do saal ka couse do mahine mein ho raha hai so khud hi soch kar dekh le kaise mission immopossible hai yahaan pe. BTW CA ke exams ki retry ki kya tayyaaarii hai and what about your love life takk to you soon brother.
Shahbaaz sir i dont understand the problem with you , people over here manage there day to day activities , life and study but you just dont reply , ok i know you are busy with respect to the things you are doing but that doesn't meaan you just stop communication with people if you feel tired ok but just dont deactivate everything , buddy you have it in you to do multitasking dont just forget old friends , there are wellwishers over here too just dont stop communication if you get any free time in weekends do communicate , friends are here to chat and you tell them about you .

2. Amity International School, Noida
3. Amity International School, East Delhi
4. Amity International School, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
5. Amity International School, Gurgaon
6. Amity International School, Gurgaon (second school in the city)
1. Now sample this : Amity School Noida and Amity School East Delhi is running in Amity NoidaSector - 44 campus. Not only in one campus, but in same building also. And worst part is that AmitySchool, East Delhi is running in the basement of the building. IS THE EDUCATION MINISTRY OF DELHI LISTENING THAT THE SCHOOL WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT EAST DELHI ISRUNNING IN NOIDA.
2. Amity School Saket (J Block) has a parallel branch at Pushp Vihar, Saket (near DPS International School). Delhi Government has approved only one school at Saket, but Amity is running a full fledged school at Pushp Vihar in the name of Amity Saket. ONE SCHOOL, TWO BUILDINGS. ONE APPROVAL, TWO OPERATION. Even this school does not find place in official website (www.amity.edu) of Amity. The building of Amity Pushp Vihar does not have any sign board depictingAmity name, BUT SCHOOL IS RUNNING, ANY ONE CAN VISIT THE SCHOOL AND SEE THE REAL THING.

Amity university scam beware.
I am siddhart lakhanpal a major education councellor and advocate from a 2 z law company. public notice and warning for students enroolling into amity please it is highly suggested no to opt for amity university as it already has man legal battles pending against it .my sister and her friends had enrolled in for the international business course namely bba-ib last year after finding out that her batchmates degree of bba-ib is awarded by some university of tamil nadu.
Worse that also that they promise u a degree from another course from angelia ruskin university in uk but gave the batch students there an amity business global school university degree which is not even recognised.
Worse none of thier degrees are accredited by the respective regulatory councils bodies and they are operating as per there wish commercialising education as a business and misusing its power of education.my sister applied for immigration to uk after completing her bba-ib degree andf they told her that she could not migrate as the university is not recognised as per there laws and views.please beware of private universities like even iipm who have found new site like www.iipmscam.com .
All the other students i know there complained that even in bba-3 continent amity university noida gives adds like 3 mothns in usa and 3 mothns in uk but then change it to 15 days in uk n 15 days in usa and take a hefty 5200 usdin sponsored category from students who are weak in thier studies n have nothing better to do than to do thier studies with amity university noida which is clearly a non recognised and legally majorly didputed university at the moment due to heave govt pressure on the violation of rules.
My mother is an educational counsellor and a member of bar council of india law.also my father is a advocate in supreme court so we know the reality behind privateinstitutions like amity as students are trapped and tempted to go for such degree but later only they face anxiety as neither amity university noida is allowed to award degrees n is noway fully recognised and these univ are operating autonomously.
Amity Fraud
I would recommend all students who want quality education to avoid universities such as Amity University which is in Noida.
I was a student in this university, and I am an IT topper.. at this University I learnt that the faculty was not professional and didnt know their subjects themselves.
this University is just a money making business.. illitrate faculties, dis organised management, fraudulent activities, many students whom I know have taken admissions into Amity university with fake high school degrees.
Amity Universtiy degrees can also be purchased . Rs.1.5 lakh to 2.5 Lakh .
I had taken admissions in Amity, and we hardly had any classes happening.. . books which were to be issued according to the syllabus were never issued... there was actually no such syllabus.
It is degrading for a university to advertise on social networking websites such as facebook.com, you have misguiding advertisements such as " the best university in Asia " .. I can laugh at Ashok chauhan ..
because of this man, Education today has gone to the dogs. this man has been misguiding thousands of students,
he is to start a Medical college in Amity... I wonder how these students would turn out to be doctors with an Amity Medical college degree.
